Hey ya'll! So I've totally spent all morning creating a blog button and code for ya'll to copy and put on your blog...if ya want to of course! I've been busy, and I think it actually worked! lol. let me know if it didn't please!
now, over at My friend Kimberly's blog she and three other moms are doing a group of posts on how moms of many manage. Now some of you will consider me a mom of many, and others will not. however, it doesn't matter, b/c i am GREAT at feeding large groups of people! lol. so one of my favorite recipes will be posted...recipes to feed the masses!
I'd like to share my easy dressing recipe.
Gen's Easy Cornbread dressing
1 pan cornbread
1 canister stovetop stuffing (trust me!)
2 cans cream of onion or cream of celery soup (or one of each!)
milk
salt and pepper to taste
1) cook cornbread according to directions. allow to cook, then break up into 11x13 pan.
2) cook stuffing according to directions. break up into pan, then mix together with cornbread.
3) in a separate bowl, mix together both cans of soup and one can of milk. Pour over cornbread mixture, and slowly stir together.
4) bake at 350 until just set or beginning to brown.
This makes enough dressing to feed my family, plus our immediate families, with very little left over. so it easily feeds 12!
