My new recipe...
and i think it smells divine! it tastes amazing...i think i'll call it...mexican layer bake.
so here's what i did...and in gen style, there are pics too!
four chicken breasts
2 cans tomato sauce
cumin
salt & pepper
liquid smoke
garlic pepper
onion powder
this morning, i put four boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the slow cooker with two cans of tomato sauce and seasonings listed. cook all day. when chicken is done, pull it apart with two forks, and put it back in the sauce...to cook...and absorb the flavors!

2 cans refried beans
1/2 a jar taco sauce (or salsa would be yummy too)
corn tortillas
cheese (shredded)

When it's time to make dinner, combine the refried beans with the taco sauce.

then, layer corn tortillas,

refried bean mixture,

chicken/sauce.

layer that way to the top of your dish, then put a layer of tortillas, and cover in cheese.

bake at 350 until cheese is melty and gooey!
